About the Founder

A self-taught web developer, Bijon started learning coding in 2019 and starting professionally building sites in 2020. He specializes in WordPress and front-end development.

Prior to starting Precious Works, Bijon worked as a web developer and development resource manager for a digital marketing agency where he managed sites for 30-60 clients at any given time, working with other developers and designers to oversee new site builds. 

Before becoming a web developer, Bijon ran the SEO department and had experience with every discipline within the company, enhancing his understanding of agency structure and shaping him into a well-rounded professional. Additionally, Bijon has client and project management experience, which contributes to his ability to handle every phase of a web build. 

When Bijon’s not working, you can find him training for his next fitness challenge, making something delicious in the kitchen, trying a new color at the hair salon, or cozying up on the couch with a good book.

Arya: Co-Founder

Pawsitivity Coordinator

If you’re looking for Arya, you can usually find her burning the midnight oil right next to founder Bijon. Arya handles administrative duties, offers emotional support, and is Bijon’s right-hand gal (technically left-hand, since that’s where her desk is). Full disclosure, Arya is a nepotism hire, but she still does a grrreat job! When Arya isn’t building firewalls for client sites, she’s typically napping, snarfing down French files, hanging out with cats, or enjoying the great outdoors by hiking, swimming, and rolling around in a field.
Sybil

Meowvelous Master Operator

Things don’t get done around here without Sybil. As Precious Works’ main supervisor (and let’s be real, boss), Sybil runs a tight ship. She makes sure stuff gets done on time and that all completed projects are no less than perfect. Sybil’s very no-nonsense and dresses for the part, always donning her snazzy bow tie. Sybil hardly takes time off, but when she does, you can find her napping, watching hoops (go Pels), reading, or just generally hamming it up.
Piccolo

Purr-veryor of Office Supplies

Our resident biscuit factory worker, you won’t find Piccolo at her desk…or in meetings…or in the office in general. She’s derelict in her duties, is never around, and is generally unreliable. Piccolo is lucky she’s adorable, otherwise we’d probably fire her (actually, we can’t. She’s another nepotism hire). When she’s not working (which is 99% of the time), Piccolo is napping, often in loaf fashion, playing fetch, looking for cuddles, or chasing that darn laser pointer.
Koa

Satellite Pawject Manager

She’s only part-time, but Koa really puts in a full-time effort. Koa always contributes to meetings (sometimes too much) and is excited to really expand Precious Works’ operations into new areas. In her non-Precious Works time, Koa is sniffing every inch of a sidewalk, snoozing, meeting new friends, or excising her demons (rolling and kicking in the grass).
