I worked with Bijon in multiple capacities. First, he was the lead SEO specialist for one of my clients. He was always prepared for our monthly meetings and presented the client with detailed updates on overall performance at a level they could understand. Additionally, he was proactive in addressing any issues that came up and was prepared with a solution or plan to remediate. Bijon then transitioned into the developer role and executed an online store for the same client. I was impressed with how he was able to transition roles and deliver the same leadership. Bijon is an excellent developer as well as a great learner. He has an excellent capability of retaining information and rarely asks the same questions twice. Bijon excels in many areas outside of development. He is organized and a very capable project manager. He is a great communicator and a very capable account manager. At work Bijon is able to have fun but stay focused at the same time. In department meetings he is a great listener and contributor. Any employer would be very lucky to have him on their team.

Bijon and I worked on a few projects together, but our largest was a difficult website and a client who needed a lot of explanation. Not only was Bijon always a step ahead of the team he was extremely patient and helpful to the client. As a designer he and I worked really well together, his communication style was efficient and we were able to problem solve together on many of the difficult aspects of the project. As a designer, it’s always a treat to find a dev who is willing to work with you, rather than just take your design and execute it without that back and forth.

I would absolutely choose to work with Bijon again, especially in a lead capacity with his talent for speaking with non-devs (a rarity) and efficiency in his work. He will truly be an asset to any team.
